Our spice cookie is made with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice. Our spice base is mixed with walnuts, shredded carrots and white chips & then STUFFED with Carrot Cake icing. Shelf Life: 3 Weeks at Room Temp. 1 Month in Refrigerator. 3 Months in Freezer. Cookies are to be sold in our branded packaging at all times. Removing product from packaging decreases freshness and quality.
